Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 8+ years of experience in the banking domain with strong documentation skills in data dictionaries, metadata, requirements, and mappings
• 8+ years of experience in data quality and data governance principles, metadata, lineage, and security standards
• Proficiency in translating business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Informatica PowerCenter mapping, workflows, and transformations
• Experience in validating ETL loads, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues
• Support the development, testing, and implementation of Informatica PowerCenter jobs, ensuring alignment with business rules and data governance standards
• Perform end-to-end data analysis including source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and gap identification using Informatica and SQL
