Must have a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field plus one (1) year of design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship) with all of the following:
1. Work experience with architectural and interior design processes and construction documentation, including scales, sections, plans, elevations, material finish schedules, and 3D visualizations;
2. Work experience in brand design, brand strategy, environmental graphic design, visual communication, print design, digital media design including managing complex projects;
3. Performing qualitative research and quantitative market analysis to generate ideas, concepts, Point of Views, and performance metrics;
4. Work experience with digital visualization tools including advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Acrobat), SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, and CAD tools;
5. Work experience with front end coding languages including HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
6. Work experience with planning, documentation, and management of environmental graphic design, wayfinding, and signage projects in the context of the built environment; AND
7. Working knowledge of signage materials, production methods, detailing and procurement for 3D, print, or digital applications and working knowledge of architectural or interiors material finishes and building codes and methods.
In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor's degree design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship). One (1) year of the five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor's degree design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship) must include experience with all of the following:
1. Work experience with architectural and interior design processes and construction documentation, including scales, sections, plans, elevations, material finish schedules, and 3D visualizations;
2. Work experience in brand design, brand strategy, environmental graphic design, visual communication, print design, digital media design including managing complex projects;
3. Performing qualitative research and quantitative market analysis to generate ideas, concepts, Point of Views, and performance metrics;
4. Work experience with digital visualization tools including advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Acrobat), SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, and CAD tools;

All experience may be acquired concurrently. Incidental telecommuting may apply. Standard benefits will be offered, and employees will be eligible for bonuses.
The base salary range is $106,558.00 to $115,000.00, commensurate with relevant experience.
