Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Employment Law and Personal Injury Law
- Proficiency in preparing and drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research
- Excellent litigation and courtroom experience
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to mentor junior associates and work collaboratively with a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex cases
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side representation required
