As the Senior Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting Core Spaces’ acquisitions and transition portfolio by helping bring new communities into the organization with clarity, consistency, and momentum. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing – Acquisitions, you’ll support the full marketing lifecycle of newly acquired assets—from early-stage evaluation through rebrand execution and stabilization.
This role blends creative execution with operational support. You’ll assist with go-to-market launches, rebrand rollouts, website updates, photography coordination, and marketing collateral production while serving as a day-to-day marketing resource for transitioning communities. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, on-site staff, and external partners to ensure timelines are met, brand standards are upheld, and communities are positioned for successful performance post-acquisition.
You’ll also support market research, campaign coordination, and performance tracking while helping maintain strong external relationships during acquisition and disposition processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building structure during change, and wants to grow their experience across strategy, execution, and cross-department collaboration.
What You Will Do:- Assist Acquisition & Transition Strategy: Support AD with the full marketing lifecycle for new acquisitions, transitions, and dispositions—from early deal evaluation through post-transition performance.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, manage the development of digital and print marketing assets for newly acquired communities, ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and business plan goals.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support for recently acquired communities, serve as the primary marketing support resource during post-acquisition transitions, addressing immediate needs and supporting stabilization efforts.
- Help maintain and update community websites, handle ongoing website updates for acquired communities, including content, branding, photography, and functionality to ensure accuracy and lead generation effectiveness.
- Coordinate updates to photography, oversee photography scheduling and implementation, ensuring visual assets accurately reflect current branding and property positioning.
- Support the planning and implementation of Go-To-Market Strategies, including campaign development, coordination, and performance tracking across key launch initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and community staff, partner with cross-functional teams and on-site staff to align priorities, gather inputs, and execute marketing initiatives efficiently.
- Support rebrand rollouts and campaigns, assist with planning and executing rebrand initiatives and launch campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely implementation across all marketing channels.
- Travel on a needed basis to support standard acquisition processes including due diligence, rebrands, GTM implementation, and other special marketing initiatives.
- Represent Core externally: Work collaboratively with the AD as the marketing liaison and point of contact for ownership and competitor groups during acquisition and disposition processes. Build and maintain trusted relationships with external partners, sellers, and operators to ensure collaboration and professionalism throughout each sale.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate or hospitality.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage creative assets, timelines, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing objectives are met.
You'll crush it if you have experience with
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 to support documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication.
- Hands-on experience supporting rebrands or acquisitions, including updating marketing assets, websites, listings, and resident or customer communications during periods of change.
- Experience supporting multiple properties, locations, or business units at once—prioritizing deadlines, managing competing needs, and ensuring consistent brand execution at scale.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Pay Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $82,500.00 /Yr. Additional Compensation: Additional Compensation Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically up to 10% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance. Compensation Disclosure:The compensation range listed reflects the base salary or hourly rate that we reasonably and in good faith expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, seniority, geographic location, and business needs.
This role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, including bonuses, commissions, stipends, or non-cash incentives, depending on position and performance. Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other role-based offerings, subject to eligibility requirements.
