Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and internal teams. This is a 4–5 month contract position, fully on-site in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, supporting invoice tracking, organizing travel, and coordinating events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar management for senior leadership, including scheduling and conflict resolution
- Support executives and team members with various administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare related logistics
- Process and track company invoices, updating internal spreadsheets daily
- Maintain and monitor invoice status updates for the broader team
- Assist in planning internal meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in senior administrative or executive assistant roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Concur expense system
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and dependable
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (experience may substitute)
