Senior Administrative Assistant - Claims and Litigation

Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims & Litigation department. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including store employees, store customers, vendors, outside counsel, and Third-Party Administrators in supporting the efficient coordination, documentation, and resolution of claims and litigation-related activities.
Responsibilities:1. Provide administrative assistance to the Claims and Litigation department, including senior leadership and counsel, ensuring daily activities, deadlines, and departmental priorities are effectively coordinated and supported.
2. Maintain and manage departmental records and tracking tools, including various spreadsheets and databases related to store safety reports, Safety Alliance participation, insurance documentation, and departmental key performance indicators ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
3. Support administration of the company insurance programs including preparation and organization of renewal documentation, responding to routine information requests, and assisting with day-to-day insurance-related coordination.
4. Respond to inquiries from store personnel, customers, and vendors, by triaging requests, providing information, and escalating issues as needed.
5. Perform general administrative functions for the department such as filing, preparing correspondence, opening and distributing mail, scheduling meetings, mailing claim settlements and supporting other routine office and administrative activities
6. Administer employee Safety Alliance incentive/reward program to all store locations.

Education
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience required
• Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, and/or insurance setting preferred.
