Overview of the Senior AP Role:

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable processing

• Review and approve invoices, coding, and payment batches

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with month-end close and accruals

• Support process improvements and maintain internal controls

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience

• Strong understanding of full-cycle AP

• Experience with ERP systems and Excel
