About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and support a fast‑paced, high‑volume AP environment. This individual will manage day‑to‑day invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment workflows with accuracy, speed, and a strong understanding of standard AP procedures. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with domestic and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform three‑way matching (PO, invoice, receipt) to ensure proper approvals and documentation.
• Enter, validate, and code invoices in accordance with company accounting policies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Support month‑end closing activities through accurate accruals and reconciliations.
• Manage and process tariff-related payments, including broker and customs documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely receipt of purchase orders and goods receipts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong working knowledge of three‑way match processes.
• Prior experience processing tariff payments, customs documents, and international vendor transactions.
• Familiarity with general ledger coding and accounting workflows.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with import/export operations or global supply chain workflows.
• Exposure to payment batch file uploads or banking platforms.
