Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Accounts Payable Transformation Analyst, you will help lead AP modernization and process redesign across the enterprise:
• Evaluate end‑to‑end AP workflows and identify areas for automation, standardization, and efficiency
• Support P2P process redesign as the organization transitions away from legacy systems
• Act as a systems SME — supporting ERP changes, workflow routing, OCR technology, and automation tools
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to improve AP visibility and performance
• Assist with month‑end AP close, including accruals, reconciliations, aging analysis, and KPI reporting
• Document SOPs, new workflows, and training materials to support future‑state operations
• Partner cross‑functionally with Procurement, FP&A, Operations, IT, and Accounting
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
• Support testing, implementation, and user enablement for system enhancements
• Participate in carve‑out and shared‑services transition activities as the company builds a scalable structure
The Senior Accounts Payable Transformation Analyst will directly influence process quality, system accuracy, productivity, and AP readiness for a modern finance environment
Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business/Data Analytics strongly preferred
• 3+ years of AP, P2P, or accounting operations experience—ideally in a transforming, fast‑paced setting
• Strong AP month‑end background (accruals, reconciliations, aging, reporting)
• Experience with AP automation tools, OCR platforms, workflow management, or ERP (NetSuite, Concur, Coupa, Ariba, etc.) is highly preferred
• Background with carve‑outs, system implementations, or shared‑services models is a major plus
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and comfort with dashboards/KPIs
• Ability to clearly document processes, build SOPs, and communicate technical concepts simply
• Professional, polished communication style — the Senior Accounts Payable Transformation Analyst must be articulate, concise, and executive‑ready
