Senior Accountant – Manufacturing
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
• Lead month‑end close activities for the plant P&L
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, prepaids, fixed asset schedules, and depreciation
• Assist with E&L calculations and related financial activities
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy
• Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide insights that help strengthen plant‑level performance and reporting
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
• 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional partners, especially operations and engineering
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
