The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to support month‑end close, financial reporting, and ongoing accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who wants more responsibility, exposure, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support month‑end and year‑end close processes
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Support audits and work closely with external auditors
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Partner cross‑functionally with finance and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Experience with ERP systems and Excel
  • CPA or CPA‑track preferred (not required)
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused mindset
