The Opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support audits and work closely with external auditors
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Partner cross‑functionally with finance and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems and Excel
- CPA or CPA‑track preferred (not required)
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused mindset
