Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 anually

Key functions of the Senior Accountant

• Manage full cycle accounting for a portfolio of accounts – account reconciliations, journal entries, month end closing
• Assist with producing financial statements at month end.
• Presenting financials and being a go to resource to the executive team.
• As a Senior Accountant you will be cross trained in different areas.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant

• BS Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of Property Accounting experience as a Senior Accountant
