Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement
• Maintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting activities
• Manage month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Reconcile bank accounts, AR, and other key balance sheet accounts
• Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring proper coding and approvals
• Process payroll and assist with commission reporting
• Review and reconcile external statements, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Support audit preparation and assist with documentation requests
• Assist with system maintenance and data accuracy within internal platforms
• Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Provide backup support across the accounting team as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP system experience a plus
