Salary Range: $95,000 – $114,400

Overview of the Senior Accountant Role:

• Lead month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accrual journal entries, and analysis of revenue, inventory/book cost, shipping, and corporate expenses.
• Conduct financial analysis, investigate variances, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Support audits, system implementations, subledger setups, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and enhance accounting and reporting processes.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 3–5 years of relevant accounting or audit experience.
• Strong financial accounting knowledge, including US GAAP; experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct a plus) and analyzing large data sets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFs) with excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment, and able to manage multiple priorities.
