Senior Accountant

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple locations
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist with consolidated financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Support executive reporting and maintain intercompany accounting and eliminations
- Assist with audits, including preparation of schedules and responding to auditor requests
- Oversee general ledger activities, accruals, and day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal and multi-state requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with multi-state operations, payroll accounting, or commissions
- Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct preferred
- Experience long-term healthcare field preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
