Senior Accountant

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Own key aspects of the monthly close and consolidation process as a Senior Accountant, including journal entries, account reconciliations, eliminations, and financial analytics
• Support treasury, intercompany, holding company, and corporate accounting activities while serving as a go-to Senior Accountant for complex accounting areas
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing close processes, standard operating procedures, and leveraging accounting systems and tools
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors as a Senior Accountant, supporting internal controls, SEC reporting schedules, and quarterly and annual audit requirements

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• CPA preferred
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a large, complex organization
• Prior experience as a Senior Accountant in a public company or Big 4 environment strongly preferred
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Experience with consolidations and multi-entity accounting a plus
• Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar ERP/consolidation tools preferred
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Effective communicator with the ability to build credibility as a Senior Accountant across cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
