Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key accounting functions, support strategic financial decision‑making, and help maintain accurate, compliant financial reporting. Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
• Lead account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee AP/AR functions and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP)
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Mentor junior accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities
