Position: Senior Accountant
PROFILE & HISTORY
Our client is a Los Angeles-based family office that provides a broad range of accounting, financial management, and advisory services.

The Senior Accountant will oversee the g/l accounting and financial reporting.  

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across a range of entities, while also managing key accounting activities such as journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and accruals. This individual will support cash management, budgeting, and forecasting efforts, and will work closely with external CPA firms on tax filings. The role will maintain accounting for investment entities, operating businesses, and personal holdings, as well as providing ad hoc analysis and customized reporting to the principals and Controller.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 2-5 years public or private industry experience.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP 
• Strong close attention to detail
• Advanced capability in Excel
