Specific responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include:

• Assist with the close and consolidation process and preparation of financial statements, including analysis of results, resolution of differences and communication of unexpected or unusual variances
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and analysis
• Work closely with multiple departments and accounting and finance team members
• Assist with the internal reporting function related to the monthly management reporting package and other GAAP and non-GAAP metrics
• Interface with external auditors for annual audits, including preparation of financial statements, schedules and documentation
• Month end close duties: journal entries, account reconciliations, stock based compensation

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

• 2-5 years of experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• CPA or CPA tracking
• B.S. in Accounting
