Salary Range: $75,000-95,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Maintain the integrity of accounting records by recording, verifying, and consolidating financial transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries related to assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain subsidiary ledgers
• Manage and maintain the general ledger, including preparing trial balances and resolving discrepancies
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements
• Support the external audit process by preparing schedules and providing requested documentation
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
