Role Overview
Transition your Business Analyst or Project Manager expertise into a dynamic Account Manager position. Manage key client accounts, drive IT services and digital transformation projects to success, and foster long-term relationships by bridging technical delivery with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own client accounts: Lead reviews, gather requirements, and align solutions with business objectives.
Collaborate with delivery teams: Ensure seamless project execution, mitigate risks, and provide stakeholder updates.
Drive growth: Identify upsell opportunities, support contract renewals, and contribute to account expansion strategies.
Communicate effectively: Translate technical details into client-friendly insights for QBRs, demos, and presentations.
Required Background
4+ years as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Techno-functional Consultant.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and tools like Jira, MS Project, ERP/CRM systems.
Strong communication skills with a readiness to pivot into account management.
Preferred: Exposure to IT services, cloud technologies, or eCommerce.
