Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Operator to support precision manufacturing operations involving micro-circuit production. This role includes substrate processing, testing, dicing, cleaning, heat treatment, and packaging while ensuring strict quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read technical instructions, blueprints, and procedures

• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation

• Strong manual dexterity for handling small precision components

• High attention to detail and quality standards

• Good English communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Experience

• Semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with microscopes and precision assembly tools

• Knowledge of chemical safety and ISO manufacturing environments

Work Environment

• Laboratory/manufacturing setting with safety equipment

• Frequent use of microscopes and precision tools

• Requires standing, bending, repetitive fine motor tasks, and lifting up to 20 lbs

• Exposure to controlled manufacturing equipment, chemicals, and solvents
