POSITION REQUIREMENTS: (MANDATORY)
- An official photo ID
- Social security card
- Active Illinois PERC (verified before interview).
- Able to pass background check (Finger Print).
- Reliable transportation — must arrive ON TIME.
- Working cellphone.
- Ability to write clear, detailed daily reports done in [Vision Insight Report Tracker]
- Strong communication skills.
- Clean, neat, professional appearance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Must follow UPA’s Code of Conduct and Post Orders with no exceptions.
- Stand post until relief arrives, potentially up to 4 hours in an emergency.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly, with no check hold back.
- Overtime: Time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
- Payroll: Direct Deposit available. W-2 provided.
