As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet tenants and visitors, respond to questions and concerns, and communicate clearly with your team while documenting observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, watching for unusual conditions and helping to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to property management and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and building activity, assisting with visitor check-in, key and/or badge control per post orders, and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and maintenance observations, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
