Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, offering the opportunity to support daily operations with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity while putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observed activity according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Support access and loss prevention-related practices by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized activity in restricted areas, and assisting with crowd and customer flow during busy periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
