Join Allied Universal for an armed, driving patrol role at a busy retail and/or mall location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will provide customer-focused assistance while documenting observations and supporting store teams. This post requires a valid driver's license per AU Driver Policy requirements and a Level III Armed Certification.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, associates, and vendors at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, suspicious activity, medical situations, and/or alarms.
• Control access to restricted areas, monitor for policy violations, and help to deter theft and/or disorderly conduct through high-visibility presence and professional communication.
• Document incidents, patrol activity, and interactions in written reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal management and site leadership as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
