Security Guard / Scale House Attendant

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Truck Scale House Attendant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a stable weekday schedule and excellent benefits after hire.

• Location: Holliston, MA.
• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Check in and check out incoming and outgoing trucks
• Weigh trucks upon arrival and departure
• Verify and confirm Bills of Lading
• Accurately enter truck and load information into the system
• Greet drivers and assist with directing traffic flow
• Coordinate trucks entering and exiting the facility
• Maintain clear communication to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Previous scale house or transportation experience preferred (not required)
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
