As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. You will observe, document, and report unusual activity, support access control as needed, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site contacts. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points and respond to alarms, access control alerts, and/or suspicious activity; take appropriate action within post orders and request assistance when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, disturbances, and/or fire-related conditions, and coordinate with on-site staff and/or public responders.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and maintenance hazards, and communicate notable observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
