Security Engagement Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security architecture, operations, design, or development. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple engagements and effectively prioritize workload.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, etc.) and 4 years’ experience in a related field.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; or 16 years’ experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.
• 3 years of experience working in security architecture, operations, design, or development.
• Demonstrable experience across multiple security domains: data protection, IT risk, network security, application security, security operations, remote access technologies, and identity and access management.
• Knowledge of security operations including change management, incident management, configuration management, and vulnerability management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one relevant industry certification – CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.
• Experience with big four consulting or Fortune 500 companies.
• Telecom/Cable industry experience.
• Knowledge of IT and security frameworks, such as NIST or CIS.
• Experience with public cloud security architecture and solutions.
• Experience with container security architecture and solutions.
• Experience integrating security with agile development teams.
