Secondary Machine Operator

Operate machinery according to specifications and safety standards

Perform multiple job setups and teardowns daily while maintaining efficiency

Complete deburring operations to prepare parts for next processes

Conduct quality checks including defect inspection and dimensional verification

Use calibrated measuring instruments to ensure part accuracy

Maintain machinery and keep work areas clean and organized following 6S standards

Communicate job status, questions, and issues with the Production team

Perform additional related duties as assigned

Meet attendance, physical, and work environment requirements (standing, repetitive hand motions, lifting up to 25 lbs)

Qualify with a high school diploma, 1+ year of machine operation experience, and mechanical aptitude (setup experience a plus)
