SEC Reporting Manager

- Prepare 10-Q/K schedules and analytical reviews for auditors
- Support internal, tax, bank, and external audits
- Assist with Investor Relations activities
- Balance sheet reconciliations, standard entries, and intercompany balancing
- Prepare quarter-end analysis files for Controllers
- Manage international close with US GAAP adjustments
- Roll forward balance sheet forecasts
- Update assumptions based on trends
- Load trial balances, complete cash flow forms, and post eliminations
- Distribute reports for DocuSign signature
- Ensure all controls are completed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
- Public company experience (industry + public accounting preferred)
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
