SEC Reporting Manager
Salary: 140,000-170,000 K + Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the SEC Reporting Manager:

  • Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and proxy statements.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, US GAAP, and SOX requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
  • Maintain and update XBRL tagging for all SEC filings.
  • Research and analyze new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
  • Assist with earnings releases, investor presentations, and other public disclosures.
  • Support internal controls and process improvements related to financial reporting.

Qualifications of the SEC Reporting Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in SEC reporting, public accounting, or financial reporting for a public company.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance.
  • Experience with XBRL and SEC filing tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
