Responsibilities of the SEC Reporting Analyst
• Prepare 10‑Q, 10‑K, and earnings release filings
• Research and conclude on technical accounting topics and ad hoc issues
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing timely and accurate support
• Assist with complex month‑end and quarter‑end close entries
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all SEC reporting activities
Experience Preferred for the SEC Reporting Analyst Role
• 3+ years of SEC reporting experience or public accounting experience with publicly traded clients
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience preparing or supporting 10‑Q and 10‑K filings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills
Salary: $85,000 to $110,000
