Key Responsibilities for the SEC Reporting Analyst

  • Complete 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings release filings with the SEC
  • Research and conclude on ad hoc technical accounting topics
  • Liaise with auditors to provide requested information promptly
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close for complex entries
