A seasonal, part-time Retail Merchandising Assistant job in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The Retail Merchandising Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of retail merchandising within the winery tasting room and concert field. This individual will work closely with the Sr. Lead, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations and Guest Services Floor Manager to ensure the retail spaces and concert field reflect brand standards, seasonal storytelling, and elevated guest experience. This role provides hands-on support in receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate pricing, supporting inventory counts, and executing visual displays - particularly during high volume periods. The Retail Merchandising Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring the inventory on the floor is well stocked, beautifully presented, and readily available - contributing to both operational efficiency and strong retail performance.
This is a seasonal, part-time hourly role that is eligible for tips. This role requires availability on evenings and weekends. This seasonal position would be from March through September, or as seasonal business needs require. This role requires availability on evenings and weekends to support our Summer Concert Series.

Retail Merchandising Assistant job responsibilities include:
Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise inventory.
Stock and replenish retail displays to maintain full and visually appealing assortments.
Participate in the set-up and refresh of seasonal and promotional displays and pop-ups.
Assist with new winery programming experiences, as needed.
Support inventory management, cycle counts, and stock accuracy - especially during peak season.
Ensure accurate pricing, tagging, and signage across all merchandise.
Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and visual excellence of the retail spaces.
Identify low stock levels and support timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Enter accurate data into D365 system, such as non-wine items to support concert operations.
Drive retail performance by creating and maintaining visual displays, providing stock and merchandising support, and assisting with general merchandise operations.
Other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
Able to lift 30-40 pounds repetitively.
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Retail experience in stock work and merchandising preferred.
Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Collaborates effectively in a team environment.
History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
Your Compensation:
$17.67 - $22.99 per hour based upon relevant experience.
