Seasonal Maintenance Supervisor – Full-Time

The Surfside Hotel and Suites has an opening for an experienced full-time Seasonal Maintenance Supervisor. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, including weekends.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel and surrounding grounds. The ideal candidate will ensure that all hotel equipment and systems are properly maintained and in good working condition.

Responsibilities include:

·        Performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel and property

·        Ensuring heating, cooling, plumbing, and lighting systems are functioning properly

·        Maintaining and servicing hotel equipment as needed

·        Testing the outdoor pool daily and keeping the pool area clean and safe

·        Ordering maintenance supplies as needed

·        Painting and repairing areas that require attention

·        Ensuring all hotel areas are well maintained for the safety and comfort of our guests

·        Ensuring anything that might arise

The successful candidate should be reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.
