Help bring this year’s shows and events to life by becoming a production tech supervisor with Dorney Park’s Live Entertainment Costume and Wardrobe Department.

• Oversee the daily operation of the costume and wardrobe team, ensuring a safe and efficient environment while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized attention and service. 

• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to procedures; coach and empower the team, offering constructive feedback and ensure accountability to promote a FUN environment. 

• Design, Construct, and Maintain all aspects of show and atmospheric costumes. 

• Coordinate and perform location training and daily feedback to performers and costume team. 

• Foster a positive team environment to enhance associate retention, motivation, and morale.  

• Ensure timecards and daily office tasks are completed in a timely manner.
