Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret patterns, sketches, and technical drawings
- Perform fittings and make adjustments to ensure proper garment fit for both child and adult apparel
- Provide actionable feedback to improve product design
- Collaborate with designers and production team to meet quality and timeline standards
- Inspect finished garments for accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Maintain a professional rapport with research participants during fitting sessions and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sewing or fashion is a plus
- Proven experience in garment construction
- Proficiency in hand sewing and operating industrial sewing machines
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
