Scrum Master/ SME-Analyst with Agile (Surveillance & Compliance) - Atlanta, GA - Contract role

Job Title: SME/ Analyst with Agile

Location: Atlanta, GA (2-3 days onsite)

Duration: Contract Opportunity

Must Have: migrate from Bloomberg Vault to SHIELD experience.

Responsibilities:

Should have excellent understanding of SME/Analyst in conjunction with Agile Scrum (SAFe)

- Minimum Hands-on exp of 8+ years managing projects

- Experience of managing projects in Financial Services Cap Markets is necessary

- Good communication skills

- Should have experience with PM/SM activities including but not limited to managing scope, cost/budget, schedule, risks on project, stakeholder management

- Should have Experience implementing SHIELD or similar systems. Understands surveillance and compliance.

- Experience with creating status and progress reports and metrics around schedule & effort variance, defect management, quality, etc.

- Experience of performing Change Management & Control for Agile projects

- PMP or Prince2 certification is added advantage
