Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Provide educationally related OT services for students with IEPs — direct and consultative
Conduct observations, screenings, and formal assessments across fine motor, visual‑motor/perceptual, sensory processing, ADLs/self‑care, and access needs
Develop and support IEP goals, accommodations, and intervention plans that drive functional participation in school routines
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; participate in IEP meetings and student planning conferences
Recommend and support assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications to improve access and independence
Document services, progress, and outcomes; maintain compliant records and service logs
Skills You Need
Active Occupational Therapist license
Comfort working in school settings with diverse learning, sensory, and motor needs
Working knowledge of IEP‑based service delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration
Strong communication skills for staff/family education, consultative coaching, and classroom carryover
Organized documentation habits and ability to manage a school‑day schedule efficiently
