School Food Service Director

Food Service Management Company is seeking Food Service Directors for school food service in multiple areas of the state of Florida, to include Boynton Beach, Naples, Bonita Springs, Tampa, and Miami. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7.5 hours per day. No weekends or holidays.

K-12, National School Lunch Program experience, and ServSafe® certification a plus.

• Must be organized and able to work well in a team environment.
• Must oversee that all safety and sanitary procedures are being followed.
• Place food orders, inventories, etc.
• Oversee staff, and operations.
• Review scheduling needs, and hiring staff.
• Prepare end of month paperwork
• Report to area supervisor on a regular basis.
• School breakfast and lunch experience required.
