Scheduler I

Location: Hybrid in Kalamazoo, MI

The Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, scheduling and support of daily work and planning of resources specific to the assigned business unit

-Establish and execute a daily plan for the work; may include organizing and dispatching assignments, facilitating meetings, short-range forecasting, etc

-Communicate effectively inline with supported business unit processes/procedures; may include interacting with supervision, field operations, or other operational supporting groups

-Utilize various systems to monitor work, create/submit orders and requests, observe data and make scheduling adjustments as necessary. Some roles may require a deeper dive into data review to make appropriate modifications

-Support emergent matters inline with the business units processes/procedures; may include escalations, volume monitoring, etc.

-Perform business unit specific tasks as needed; may include various reporting and taking appropriate action, identifying training opportunities, creating standards, etc.

Education:

Business or related
