This specialty is responsible for managing most complex Hybrid Cloud client commitments and possesses the expertise to support the sales of new business opportunities. These managers lead project teams in delivering solutions for complex IT, business, and client requirements, using appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions. They have overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, applying project management techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. The role requires expertise in using IPPF tool for costs and invoices as per contract delivery milestones.
