We’re looking for an experienced SAP VMS / SD specialist to lead the implementation, support, and continuous enhancement of information systems supporting Vehicle Ordering, Allocation, Wholesale, Special Sales, and Retail processes.
In this influential role, you’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT partners to deliver scalable, innovative, and high?quality SAP solutions. If you’re passionate about automotive systems, SAP excellence, and driving digital transformation, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable SAP solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end system analysis and design, including technical/functional specifications and test plans.
  • Design robust functional solutions and drive issue resolution across vehicle ordering, retail, allocation, and wholesale operations.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP VMS and SAP SD (Order-to-Cash).
  • Present complex topics clearly to both technical and non?technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to implementation partners.
  • Act as the connection between business and technical teams, providing training and support when needed.
  • Support cross-functional issues involving MM, SD, and FICO, and guide ABAP developers on problem resolution.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage project phases, and ensure timely, efficient delivery.
  • Define and implement industry best practices for system operations and process optimization.
  • Champion innovation through automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
6+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in:
  • SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System)
  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), especially O2C
  • S/4HANA implementation, migration, and support
  • Strong understanding of vehicle lifecycle processes: procurement, sales, inventory, and vehicle accounting.
  • Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex functional/technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder?management skills.
