Job Description
Knowledge on SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Workforce and LMS. Must be confident debugging and troubleshooting issues on a regular basis and being able to collaborate across functional workstream.
Strong Project management skills and able to shuffle between tasks.
Managing a team of at least 2-3 people
Handling tickets specially in a manage services environment.
Creating and understanding functional and technical requirements
Working as a liaison between business users and developers
Proficient in English
Being able to identify areas of opportunity within the account to improve business processes.
Job Description: Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources and technologies .
