Our Vancouver based client is seeking an experienced bilingual SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to join their project immediately and will run for 1 year, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish written and spoken and 5 + years of experience as a Business Analyst on SAP projects with demonstrated S/4HANA exposure. Proven success in SAP S/4HANA implementations is essential, with full-cycle project experience strongly preferred A strong understanding of core SAP modules relevant to mining, resources, or heavy industry (e.g., MM, PM, FI/CO, PS) is also required. This will be a fully remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders across English and Spanish-speaking regions to elicit, document, and validate SAP requirements.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, training materials, and SOPs in both English and Spanish.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear functional specifications and SAP configuration requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current state business processes and SAP S/4 HANA standard functionality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver SAP S/4 HANA solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities across relevant SAP modules.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bilingual (English/Spanish) business users throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions with business teams in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.
  • Coordinate UAT with end users, tracking defects and driving resolution with technical teams.
  • Support end-user training and change management activities across global business units.
