Responsibilities:
SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) Functional Lead designs, configures, and implements Revenue TPM, SAP Revenue Accounting solutions (ASC 606) to ensure compliant, automated revenue recognition. This role bridges finance, SD, and BRIM teams, managing performance obligations (POBs), contract management, data migration, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Configuration: Lead the design and configuration of SAP RAR components, including POBs, contract management, and performance obligations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 standards and manage revenue recognition processes.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP RAR with SD, FI, CO, and SAP S/4HANA BRIM.
- Project Lifecycle: Perform GAP analysis, develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), create functional specifications (RICEFW), and support end-to-end implementation.
- Testing & Support: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
- Process Improvement: Analyze revenue accounting workflows to optimize and streamline Month-End closing activities
