Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PPM Consultant to support Application Management Services (AMS) for capital project management processes. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the SAP PPM solution, ensuring smooth system operations, handling incidents, and supporting service requests related to capital project configurations.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong SAP PPM configuration experience and hands-on exposure to production support and AMS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for the SAP Portfolio and Project Management module.
Manage and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests.
Configure and support capital project management processes within SAP PPM.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reported issues.
Support business users by addressing enhancements, configuration changes, and system improvements.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, incident resolutions, and support procedures.
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and support processes.
