Overview
This position requires Asset Management Lifecycle Expertise with deep functional experience in Asset Master Data, Work Orders, Notifications, Preventative Maintenance, and Asset Performance Reporting Experience.
Responsibilities
Asset Management Lifecycle Expertise: Deep functional experience in Asset Master Data, Work Orders, Notifications, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Performance Reporting. SAP ECC & S/4HANA Experience:
Specific experience with SAP EAM modules and a clear understanding of the transition from ECC to S/4HANA. Utility Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience providing consulting services for large-scale public utilities (Power, Water, or Rail).
System Integration Insight: Familiarity with SAP integrations, particularly with ESRI/GIS and mobile work management tools.
Public Sector Experience: Insight into government-focused technologies, public sector funding, and complex organizational structures Key Strategic Responsibilities:
Strategic Roadmap Development: Create a phased implementation roadmap with 3, 5, and 10-year milestones for maturing EAM technologies across multiple utility divisions (Power, Water, Rail, etc.).
SAP S/4HANA Optimization: Analyze current utilization of the City's newly transitioned S/4HANA system and provide recommendations for optimization and potential future integrations.
Modernization Advisory: Define shared goals for enterprise asset management across various business units and develop a strategy to align city-wide EAM functions.
Gap & Readiness Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current technology use versus industry best practices, identifying gaps and evaluating the organization's capacity for change.
RFP Development Support: Provide technical specifications and evaluation criteria for future RFPs related to new tools, system integrators, or services.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
SAP Certification
GIS Software
Must have between 5 - 8 years' experience of SAP Asset & Work Management

Wage Data Per State Requirements
This position will pay between $100,000 to $150,000. This salary is based on skills and experience.
