SAP ABAP S4 Hana Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Specialist (SAP ABAP on HANA) will be responsible for managing and executing SAP ABAP development projects on HANA database platform. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements efficiently. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, enhance, and maintain sap abap programs using the latest features of sap hana database.
2. Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
4. Design and implement efficient data models and optimize performance of custom abap solutions on hana.
5. Stay updated with the latest sap abap and hana technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong proficiency in sap abap programming language with in-depth knowledge of sap hana database concepts.
2. Experience in designing and developing sap abap solutions on hana platform.
3. Proficient in sap hana studio, sql script, and hana development tools.
4. Knowledge of sap technologies such as fiori, s/4hana, and sap cloud platform integration.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts.

Title: SAP iMRO Lead
Location: Remote with limited travel to Cleveland, OH

Senior SAP iMRO person with 15-18 years of overall experience with focus on Aftermarket Repair, Service Logistics, Maintenance Execution, and Overhaul processes

  • Lead end‑to‑end SAP iMRO implementations and  rollouts.
  • Analyze AS‑IS / TO‑BE business processes for MRO, repairs, exchanges, warranties, and service logistics.
  • Design and configure SAP iMRO scenarios including:
    • Repair cycles (internal/external repairs)
    • Exchange & loan processes
    • Service order processing
    • Component maintenance and overhaul
    • Warranty & claims handling
  • Conduct design workshops with Business Process Owners and Super Users.
  • Create functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
Configuration & Integration
  • Configure SAP iMRO and integrate with:
    • SAP EAM / PM
    • SAP MM & SD
    • SAP EWM
    • FI/CO
  • Support integrations with SAP PI/PO, CPI, BTP, and third‑party applications ( suppliers, logistics partners).
  • Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for enhancements and interfaces.
  • Experience in global Onsite–Offshore delivery models.
  • Strong client facing and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile / ITSM models
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Aerospace MRO, regulated industries, or aftermarket service models.
Exposure to EWM‑based repair logistics.
